Access & Appointments

As a locked clinic, we prioritize your privacy and uninterrupted treatment time. Your appointment is exclusively for you, ensuring a calm and relaxing experience.

Booking & Entry Code

• All visits require a prior appointment. You will receive a door code via email and/or text, or we can provide it over the phone when booking.

• If you haven’t received your code, please text 0448 578 883 or message us on social media before your arrival.

How to Use Your Code

1. Press ‘CARD’ on the silver door panel to light up the keypad.

2. Enter your 4-digit code, then press ‘#’ to unlock the door.

3. On sunny days, shadow the panel with your hand to make the numbers more visible.

Your code is included in your booking confirmation and reminder emails/texts. If you have trouble accessing the clinic, please check your messages for the code and follow the instructions. If needed, contact us via text (0448 578 883) or message us on Facebook or Instagram.

*Please Note: Your door code is for your scheduled appointment only. If you arrive without an appointment, we may be unavailable as we are attending to other clients.

Open by appointment only

Ursk Medi+Spa operates by appointment only to ensure uninterrupted, dedicated time for each client.

We do not accept walk-ins, but if you’re nearby and wish to check availability, please contact us before visiting.

Booking Appointments

To make sure you get the preferred day/time you wish to visit Ursk Medi+Spa please book ahead as we can get pretty busy!

Bookings can be made by the following ways:

•Calling us on 9379 8883 wed to sat

•Texting 0448 578 883

•Booking via our FREE salon app for apple and android

•Booking online here or in-boxing us on our Instagram or Facebook.

All appointments require a non-refundable 50% booking fee for new clients or 25% booking fee for existing/rebooking clients.

If you are using a gift voucher please let us know and have your voucher code ready.

Cancellations/ Rescheduling

We know life can get busy at times, and sometimes unforeseen circumstances may get in the way of you attending your appointment.

When you book an appointment with us we are securing that time just for you, so if for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know straight away so we have the opportunity to book another client in.

Ursk Medi+Spa requires 24 hours notice of any change to your booking, rescheduling or cancellation. If you need to contact us out of hours, please text us on 0448 578 883 or inbox us on our instagram or facebook so we get your message straight away.

This amount of notice is the bare minimum for us to try to fill any lost appointments and so other clients don’t miss out.

When canceling/ rescheduling/ changing your services with 24hrs + notice, your booking fee will be held for your next booking on your account, or be automatically transferred to your next booking.

If you cancel/change your appointment with less that 24 hours notice the booking fee will cover the cancellation.

As a courtesy, Ursk Medi+Spa will send an email reminder 3 days prior to your booking and a text reminder 2 days prior to your booking.
These reminders also contain your door code to enter the clinic.

Please make sure your contact details including email are correct so we ensure you receive your confirmation/reminder’s.

Arrival/ running late

Please arrive on time to your appointment, if you arrive early take a seat.

Remember to have your door code ready to unlock the door just in case we are not there to open it for you- the code will be within your confirmation/reminder text and/or email.

Please make sure if you have not completed your consultation forms (sent prior to your booking via text or email) to click the link to fill these out prior to your booking.

Please contact us if you are running more than 10+ minutes late. We do our very best to accommodate late arrivals but in some cases we may need to modify or reschedule your appointment. Please text us on 0448 578 883, or inbox us on instagram or facebook so we get your message straight away.

In the rare occasion we are running late your duration of appointment will not be affected. We will contact you to let you know if we are running late.

No shows

For a ‘no show’ you will be charged for the full service fee.

Ursk Medi+Spa do their best to make sure you have email/text confirmations and reminders so this does not happen, please make sure we have your correct details so you are getting our correspondence.

Guests

Please keep in mind our waiting area is small, and reserved for those who have appointments only.

We really love young kids, but when we are providing a service we are not able to safely keep an eye on them. Our treatment rooms contain electrical equipment and products that could be a danger to curious eyes and hands so please when making a booking make sure care arrangements are made so you can relax during your services.

We kindly request that phones are turned off or down so our other clients treatments are not disturbed.

Payments

We accept all cards & cash.

Salon pay, afterpay and zip pay are available (via salon pay). If intending to use any of these payment options please let us know prior to your attendance so we allow extra time to process payment.

Privacy policy

Ursk Medispa takes your privacy very seriously. Any information collected or discussed is held under strict confidentiality. All our records are kept electronically in a secure system designed specifically for the purpose of keeping details secure. we will never sell or rent your personal data to any third-party. Sharing of your data and direct marketing activities are only carried out with your express consent, which you are free to withdraw at any time.

We need to obtain and process personal data to provide you with our products, services and treatments and to fulfil our business and legal obligations. We will never collect any personal information from you that we do not need or retain any data that is no longer necessary for the purposes specified in this notice.

Where we request sensitive personal data from you (i.e. health or medical data), the reason(s) for the request will be clearly given along with the purposes of the processing. Explicit consent through a signature will always be required for us to obtain and process your health information.

Founder & CEO

HELLO I’m Nyssa…

I am the owner and founder of Ursk Medispa with over 21 years of experience in the skin and beauty industry. My passion lies in holistic skin health and finding innovative treatments that enhance both skin and overall well-being. I’m dedicated to boosting my clients' self-confidence by delivering real, visible results.

Committed to ongoing education, I focus on the intricate connections between skin, gut health, neurochemistry, and nutrition—because it’s all connected after all!

 
 

Nyssa developed an interest in skin health after suffering from acne and skin irritations as a teenager, which led to scarred and pigmented skin.

"I was teased at school about my skin, which really affected my confidence. I felt like I had tried everything to 'fix' my skin, but nothing seemed to work. I wanted to learn more and find answers, which led me to begin my journey in skin education."

Over the next 21+ years, Nyssa became a skin & beauty specialist, a clinical hypnotherapist/strategic psychotherapist during the COVID-19 lock-down, and is now a practicing Clinical Nutritional Medicine specialist. Her passion for holistic skin health, driven by personal experience, has allowed her to share her knowledge with clients and help them achieve their skin, beauty, and health goals.

As Nyssa expanded her expertise, she recognized that true skin health goes beyond topical treatments. Through years of listening to her clients, she realized that there were underlying reasons why their skin behaved as it did. Stress, anxiety, self-esteem issues, trauma, and health concerns such as Peri-menopause, menopause, insulin resistance, and nutritional deficiencies—all these factors were interconnected.

This understanding led her to undergo further education and combine these skills to address these issues comprehensively. By integrating her knowledge in skin care, hypnotherapy, and clinical nutrition, Nyssa offers a holistic approach that treats not just the skin but the overall health and well-being of her clients.

"Our skin is like a map to our internal health and well-being," she explains. "By understanding and addressing the underlying factors that affect the skin, we can offer more effective care that helps our clients look and feel their best."

Today, Nyssa works with more than just skin. She has expanded her practice to address a wide range of health and wellness concerns. Whether it's managing stress and anxiety, improving self-esteem, addressing trauma, or tackling complex health issues like hormone imbalances and nutritional deficiencies, Nyssa’s holistic approach allows her to support clients in achieving overall wellness.

By combining these modalities, Nyssa can offer comprehensive care that not only targets the skin but also supports the body's internal health, ensuring that her clients experience lasting results and an improved quality of life.
